Description

examples/graphics/blendingExample shows only an empty squere at the cursor position on XP (win32).
I have moved the /bin distro folder to another XP, and I have seen the same result.

I have checked with v0072 and v0073 on my XP and on my Win7 too.

So the next thing works on windows7, but not on XP:

void testApp::draw(){
ofImage test;
test.loadImage("rainbow.jpg");
test.draw(mouseX, mouseY, 100, 100);
}

Research direction

Start with examples/graphics/blendingExample and reproduce the empty-square result on Windows XP, comparing it with Windows 7 and the v0072/v0073 behavior described in the report. Trace the ofImage::draw path used by the shown testApp::draw code; done means rainbow.jpg renders at the cursor on XP as it does on Windows 7.
