Description

If I try to set an FBO up exclusively for rendering depth information like this...

    ofFbo::Settings s;
    s.depthStencilAsTexture = true;
    s.depthStencilInternalFormat = GL_DEPTH_COMPONENT24;
    s.useDepth = true;
    s.numColorbuffers = 0;
    s.width = 1024;
    s.height = 1024;
    fbo.allocate(s);

...I get the following error when I call fbo.getDepthTexture().draw()...

[ofFbo:error] FRAMEBUFFER_INCOMPLETE_DRAW_BUFFER

Research direction

Start by tracing ofFbo::Settings through fbo.allocate() and the framebuffer setup used by getDepthTexture().draw(). Reproduce the shown configuration with numColorbuffers set to 0, then verify that a depth-only framebuffer becomes complete and the depth texture can be drawn without FRAMEBUFFER_INCOMPLETE_DRAW_BUFFER.
