Description
currently if MSAA is enabled, COLOR_ATTACHMENT[ 0 -> nSamples]_EXT are bound for MS blitting, which could overwrite your texture color attachments without notifying you [ i.e. setSamples(4); setNumTextures(4) ]. There may be some solution where numSamples*numTextures = maxAttachments, allowing for multisampled internal textures, but at the very least we should warn/notify that samples and textures won't play so nicely together, or try to allocate samples/textures in the remaining attachments and notify on overflow.

Research direction
Start by tracing how setSamples(4) and setNumTextures(4) bind COLOR_ATTACHMENT[0-nSamples]_EXT during MSAA blitting. Determine whether the intended outcome is a warning, allocation across remaining attachments, or support for multisampled internal textures; completion is not defined because the issue presents several alternatives without choosing one.
