Description
Is there some way to set server flags when using the fga-CLI for tests? I could not find this documented anywhere, but this feature would really help for tests that involve server flags.

Research direction
Start by locating the fga CLI's test-run entry point and the code that handles server flags. Check how test runs currently configure the server, then determine where a flag can be accepted and passed through. Done means tests can set server flags through the CLI and the behavior is covered by appropriate tests.
