Description

One thing I'm not a huge fan of (and likely need some historical context on) is the difference in margin between Paragon's Card.Header title and actions.

I assume the goal was to have them aligned at the bottom, but it's always felt like the title was "low" to me.

Research direction

Start with the Paragon Card documentation's Card.Header actions example at the linked component page, then trace the card style overrides used throughout the GitHub organization. Confirm the intended title and actions alignment with maintainers, and consider the work done when the agreed spacing is applied consistently and the affected examples are verified.
