Description
New animation features are coming to Paragon.
The design task is to spec out animation styles and timing for components within Paragon. Some components might not require any animations. Consider also if components should be restricted to only certain types of animation.
For Accessibility purposes, components should also have a "reduced motion" option, or no animation at all.
Animation specs should be brought to Paragon Working Group for initial feedback.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the animation requirements for Paragon components, including whether each component needs animation, permitted animation types, timing, and reduced-motion behavior. Bring the resulting animation specifications to the Paragon Working Group for initial feedback; completion means the component specs and accessibility considerations have been documented and reviewed.
