Description

Currently the card component has a skeleton loader. This loader style will be converted into a separate component that can be used anywhere that you want to show a loading state.

Tasks:

  1. Create a skeleton loader component in Paragon Figma
  2. Create 2-3 example layouts using the skeleton loader component to show how it should be used
