Description

Tutor currently has Caddy configuration that limits Studio as a whole to 250 MB uploads. We have places where we want smaller limits (Files and Uploads), and much larger ones (Library restore, course import). Figure out the endpoints we have and what their limits are. Make appropriate issues in Tutor if appropriate, but at least have a documented url -> upload-limit mapping internally on what platform expects in this regard.

Research direction

Start by inventorying the upload endpoints for Files, Uploads, Library restore, and course import, then compare them with the existing Tutor/Caddy 250 MB limit. Document the resulting URL-to-upload-limit mapping for platform expectations and note any follow-up Tutor issues that are appropriate.
