Description

Current Behaviour: The action edit+rename is considered a rename. Currently, there is no way to distinguish whether an edit is present alongside a rename.

Expected: The action edit+rename should be considered as edit

Research direction

Start by locating the history-log action classification for rename and edit+rename, then inspect how the current rename action is selected. Done means edit+rename is reported as edit while rename-only continues to be reported as rename; add or update coverage for both cases if existing tests are found.
