Description

In our Learner Docs, we explain how to make parts of your learner profile public:
https://docs.openedx.org/en/latest/learners/SFD_dashboard_profile_SectionHead.html

But in a new install for Ulmo, Indigo theme, I am attempting one user (student) to view another users (learner)'s profile page:
https://apps.ulmo.curricu.me/profile/u/learner

Learner is over 16 with public profile fields

Student and Learner are both enrolled in a common course.

Student can only view two fields for learner, even though more are public:

If this is expected behavior, then I'll update the docs and close this issue.

Research direction

Start with the Learner Docs page at docs.openedx.org/en/latest/learners/SFD_dashboard_profile_SectionHead.html and reproduce the profile view in the linked Ulmo installation. Compare the documented public fields with what a student can see for the learner, then determine whether the visibility behavior or the documentation is incorrect. Done means the behavior matches the documented public-profile rules, or the documentation accurately describes the expected result.
