Description
When I rescore ALL user's problems on https://ulmo.demo.edly.io/courses/course-v1:OpenedX+DemoX+DemoCourse/instructor#view-student_admin for block-v1:OpenedX+DemoX+DemoCourse+type@problem+block@ef8c3814d2ce47c6927a8310bba4b849 the Task Status is confusing:
In the first line, I did a rescore for someone who had answered it incorrectly, I overrode the grade to 1/1, then rescored (so it did successfully rescore the submission back to 0/2). I think why it's skipping 2, and why it failed in the first line, is because those are learners who I manually scored a non-submission for (so they didn't have any state to reset).
@edschema @wgu-jesse-stewart @diana-villalvazo-wgu - this may be something to look into in a future phase of the Inst Dash project, if we can get more helpful messages why the task failed.

Research direction
Start at the Instructor Student Admin reset/rescore task flow linked in the issue and review how task results are presented after rescoring all users' problems. Done would mean failed and skipped cases, including manually scored non-submissions, have clear status messages explaining what happened.
