Description
Update the logic to retrieve video durations directly from the modulestore, using the implementation in course_quality.py, instead of fetching the data from edx-val.

Check the prerequisite issues #36988 and #36993 before locating the current duration retrieval path. Done means video durations are obtained directly from the modulestore rather than edx-val.
