Description
Steps to reproduce:
- Go to sandbox environment
- Go to the demo course (for me its https://app.pr-35506-139931.sandboxes.opencraft.hosting/learning/course/course-v1:edx+1+1/block-v1:edx+1+1+type@sequential+block@f42433fc285a4762a0335f08a4c8a62e/block-v1:edx+1+1+type@vertical+block@3ee1e001338b4e689a060b7277ec0f51)
- Go to any video unit
- Drag Captions below the video buffering bar
- Try to bring captions back above the video buffering bar
Expected result:
The video caption should not drag below the video buffering bar.
Actual result:
The video caption goes below the video buffering bar and I am not able to drag it back unless I change to fill browser.

Reproduce the problem in the sandbox demo course using the provided steps and reference video, then trace the Default Video XBlock caption controls. Done means captions cannot be dragged below the video buffering bar and can still be returned above it without switching to fill-browser mode.
