Description
Description
Some comments I've gathered from the community survey on the challenges/suggestions section:
I wish it was easier to see the named release when each event/filter was added. It would also be helpful to know which Open edX services an event or filter is used in (edx-platform, credentials, etc.).

Research direction
The issue names no file, test, or entry point; begin by locating the event and filter definitions in this repository and checking how their release and service usage are represented. Done means the documentation shows the named release where each event or filter was added and the Open edX services that use it, including examples such as edx-platform and credentials.
