Description
Summary
As an administrator or course team member, I want to be able to view data for the pathways on my instance, so I can view, manage, and report out on pathway enrollment, engagement, and pathway learner achievement data.
Problem Statement
With pathways being added to the platform in the Willow release, administrators and course teams will need to be able to view pathway enrollment, engagement, and learner achievement data so that they can monitor and manage their pathways.
Acceptance Criteria
A new Pathway dashboard has been added to the Aspects dashboards available out-of-the-box to users in Superset. From this dashboard, a user with Admin or Staff permissions can view information for all Pathways and other users can view Pathways they have access to (CR to confirm how pathways staff is to be indicated in the system). Users should be able filter this Pathway Dashboard by Pathway. By default, this dashboard is not filtered.
All of the tables, charts, and numbers on the dashboard update based on what Pathway(s) are currently filtered.
Below, please find a low-fi mock of the proposed dashboard layout (used Claude to help mock the dashboard layout):

Research direction
Start with the acceptance criteria and low-fi dashboard mock, then review the existing Aspects dashboards in Superset as the implementation reference. Confirm how pathway staff access is represented before defining visibility behavior. Done means a Pathway dashboard supports the required filters and all dashboard tables, charts, and numbers update accordingly.
