Description
Goal
Improvements to Mobile API architecture, documentation, and versioning. A number of projects have had to deal with a patchwork of APIs including v0.5 older options, client-specific (eg web) backend for frontend APIs that don't meet all mobile needs, etc.
Placeholder for now, additional review necessary.
