Description:
In the edX app, there are closed caption options for changing the subtitle of the playing video whereas the open edX app just have the transcripts available for a video

Expected Behaviour:
OpenedX app should have the closed caption option in a playing video

Note: The behavior of the edX app is shown in the attachment
