[Ulmo] "You've made some changes" dialog keep appear after saving

Description
In the latest Ulmo release, after I made some changes in grading and save, the UI of the dialog keep appear and the website doesn't reload, even though the status returned are all 200. After I refresh the page then the updates appear with no issue:
