Description
This epic contains improvements to the content libraries experience when publishing and managing content versions.
#2798 is a more cautious library-level publishing workflow that prevents users from accidentally publishing other users' changes, unlocking enhanced multi-author publishing.
#2800 improves clarity when publishing content in libraries by highlighting direct and indirect course references, and surfacing all other contributors.
#2804 builds out a contributor summary for both publish confirmations, and info sidebar placement above the object history timeline.
#2805 is a comprehensive object creation, publish, and change history. It includes viewing previous object states in a diff view similar to course sync confirmations, but does not yet include the ability to roll back to previous states.
