Description
Placeholder issue to track this usability issue, UX/UI updates needed before this is ready for development.
Long titles are cut off in full page authoring views, cards, sidebars, and child objects. We may need updated designs to:
- Show longer titles by default in full-page authoring views for sections, subsections, and units
- Allow some way to see the full title, regardless of length, without editing it

Research direction
Start by reviewing the attached screenshot and the full-page authoring views, cards, sidebars, and child objects named in the issue. Before implementation, confirm the updated designs; done means long titles are shown more fully in authoring views and users can see the complete title without editing it.
