Description

A Reference Doc that details and defines all of the complex problem types that are possible on the OEX platform. Includes templates and examples of how they have been implemented on current instances. To inspire and get more users familiar with what's possible.

Start by reviewing the completed references in issues #141 and #142, then identify the complex problem types and examples that the reference should cover. Done means a reference document defines the possible types and includes implementation templates and examples for Open edX users.
