Description
Handle common dependencies of quickstarters (e.g. build images, slaves, ...). Right now each quickstarter assumes that e.g. the Jenkins slave magically exists. If we want to have a dynamic number of quickstarte (repos), we probably need some "register"/"install" function to make sure a quickstarter can be used
