Description

Describe the bug
Now that cd_user is not admin anymore seems that the new project specific cd_user requires full admin privileges on project level because 401 updating build status for commits on Bitbucket.
Here the api https://developer.atlassian.com/server/bitbucket/how-tos/updating-build-status-for-commits/
Tested with @gerardcl that works after seeting by hand admin privileges on the specific cd_user
