Description
Test coverage for the webhook proxy is good, but all responses are mocked. It would be good to have a few main uses cases tested in an actual OpenShift cluster / an actual deployment.

Research direction
Start by locating the existing webhook proxy tests and the deployment configuration for running them in an OpenShift cluster. Identify the main webhook proxy use cases currently covered only with mocks, then define completion as those cases passing against an actual deployment.
