Description

I've already asked this on other sources (such as Stackoverflow) without answer.

Is there a Windows binaries build that includes dc1394 for Python 3.8? The official pip install opencv-python version has been built with dc1394 disabled.

Thanks in advance!

Research direction

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by inspecting the repository's Windows wheel build configuration and dependency settings for dc1394; done means determining whether a Python 3.8 Windows binary can be produced with dc1394 enabled and documenting or implementing that release path.
