Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Not exactly, but depending on proxy used and current proxy load or internet connection, performing a single test could potentially flag a good proxy as non working

Describe the solution you'd like
Have the ability to retry failed proxies, either option to retry down and timed out as separate options
