Description of the feature request

I Would like to see more RuriLib docs I can't seem to find much I've been working on a plugin which allows the use of Http Protocol Versions 2.0 and 3.0 but i'm not entirely sure how i can implement everything properly using RuriLib, https://github.com/ImmuneLion318/Http2
