Description

Below is the attached file with the translation into Brazilian Portuguese. I still have to test the message sizes to check if it will interfere on the screen. As some messages translated into Portuguese are longer than those in English it is possible that I have to adjust some of them.

I've tried to make some modifications at Tomcat to allow special characters to be displayed, but I've had no success with that.
It only displays correctly if you use the UTF-8 string directly in the translation (i.e &#211 for Ó).

If you get any tips I would appreciate it.
