Research direction
Locate the server-mode page implementation and its current HTML templates in the firmware, then review how page variables and content are currently handled. Define the shared templating approach and storage sources before implementing the checklist; done means all pages have titles, common variables, external content, and SDCard or SPIFFS content support.
