Generates invalid python code for seemingly correct json

generator around primitives in request body fails

which is a complete broken file (see the else in get_kwargs).

• openapi-python-client version: 0.28.3

Reproduce the issue with the supplied OpenAPI excerpt using openapi-python-client 0.28.3, then trace request-body generation for nullable primitive schemas. The payload names no repository file or test; done means the generated endpoint module is syntactically valid and handles the primitive request body without the orphaned else shown in the report.
