Research direction
Start with the Codex App's handling of GPT Pro chat requests and use feedback ID no-active-thread-01a0baf3-b750-75e0-9c39-601bfd35cf93 to trace the failure. Reproduce the “Thinking failed” result with the reported Pro subscription while confirming that other chat modes still work; done means GPT Pro returns responses normally.
