Microsoft Windows NT 10.0.19045.0 x64

What steps can reproduce the bug?
Feedback ID: 01a0b7b9-b0c0-7dd0-8619-e4831e1da535
What is the expected behavior?
Work should be selectable on the desktop new-chat screen for an eligible account, as described in the official quickstart: https://learn.chatgpt.com/docs/quickstart
If desktop access differs from web access, the app should explain the applicable restriction or availability requirement.
Additional information
Work on the website is an available workaround.
The installed Windows package version was read from the running application path; it has not been verified against the About dialog.
Whether the selected workspace matches between web and desktop has not yet been verified. Updating, restarting, and signing out/in were suggested during troubleshooting, but completion and results of those steps have not been confirmed. The cause is currently unknown.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the missing Work option in the Windows desktop app with the reported Pro account, checking the About dialog version and whether the selected workspace matches the web session. Compare the desktop behavior with the official quickstart and the website, then determine the applicable availability requirement or failure condition. Done means eligible accounts can select Work or the app clearly explains why it is unavailable.
