Description
What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?
26.915.4065.0 (package); executable product version 153.0.8010.48
What subscription do you have?
ChatGPT Pro
What platform is your computer?
Microsoft Windows NT 10.0.26200.0 x64
What issue are you seeing?
With the app UI language set to Korean, Settings > 사용량 및 청구 (Usage & Billing) is only partially localized. Korean and English strings are mixed within the same page and sometimes within the same component.
Examples visible in the UI:
Usage,Overview, and사용량 분석내 플랜followed by the English sentence beginningYour subscription is managed through ChatGPT...Plan limits, its English description,Weekly limit, andResets in ..., while the remaining percentage label is Korean크레딧 잔액alongside0 credits remainingandAdd more사용 한도 초기화followed by the English sentence beginningUse a reset to restore...
In addition, the Usage & Billing overview does not show any separate row, card, meter, or status for GPT-5.3-Codex-Spark (Research Preview). Only the general weekly limit is visible.
This makes billing and usage information harder to understand and prevents confirming Spark availability or its separate limit from this page.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
Feedback ID: no-active-thread-01a0b734-0e9f-7350-b00c-9ee1972ff885
What is the expected behavior?
- When Korean is selected, all user-facing strings on the Usage & Billing page should be consistently localized into Korean, except product or model names intentionally kept in English.
- For an eligible ChatGPT Pro account, the page should show a clearly labeled GPT-5.3-Codex-Spark Research Preview usage/status entry if its separate limit is intended to be exposed here.
- If the separate Spark meter is intentionally not shown on this page, the UI or documentation should clearly state where users can verify model availability and remaining Spark usage.
Additional information
Observed: 2026-09-19 KST
Running installation details:
- Package path version: 26.915.4065.0
- Executable product version: 153.0.8010.48
- Windows display version/build: 25H2 / 26200.9457
Documentation context: OpenAI documentation describes GPT-5.3-Codex-Spark as a separate Codex model with its own usage limits and says it is available to ChatGPT Pro subscribers during the Research Preview:

Please confirm whether the missing Spark entry is account-specific, locale-specific, staged rollout behavior, or an intentional UI choice.

Research direction
Start in the Windows Codex app at Settings > 사용량 및 청구 with Korean selected, using the reported ChatGPT Pro context and feedback ID no-active-thread-01a0b734-0e9f-7350-b00c-9ee1972ff885. Compare the page's strings and model-status behavior with the linked GPT-5.3-Codex-Spark documentation. Done means the page is consistently localized and either exposes the separate Spark status or clearly identifies where its availability and usage can be checked.
