What issue are you seeing?

Finished answering after its first response after my prompt where I directly tell him what to do. Starts doing the job and then after some seconds stops with message "done 3:09 PM". I tried restartng the terminal, restarting the conversation and codex itself, tell him to do things again but it didn't help. Context window shows 51% left (133K used / 258K). 5h limit more than 80% left, weekly limit is 6% left.

Sometimes creating a new conversation might help, but not this time. Also I need the conversation history, so I can't create a new conversation every time its bugging.
