Description
On an ASUS Zephyrus Duo 2026 running Windows 11, Codex Computer Use had problems with screenshots, mouse input, and keyboard input while both built-in displays were enabled.
After disabling the secondary display and leaving only one active display, Computer Use started working normally.
This may indicate a compatibility issue with the Zephyrus Duo dual-display configuration or ASUS display-management software.
Environment:
- ASUS Zephyrus Duo 2026
- Windows 11
- Dual built-in display configuration
Workaround:
- Disable the secondary display and use a single active display.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Reproduce Computer Use on the ASUS Zephyrus Duo 2026 with both displays enabled, then compare screenshots, mouse input, and keyboard input with the secondary display disabled. Done means the dual-display configuration is understood and the reported input and screenshot problems are fixed or clearly isolated.
