As title, computer-use is broken

What steps can reproduce the bug?

This is my first time trying the codex, I'm not sure if I'm doing the things correctly.
What I'm trying to test if the feature works, is to open a paint.exe then attach it to codex and ask it to draw me something.
But everytime doing so, codex will response "I couldn’t control the open Paint window: its automation service isn’t available in this session. If you’d like, I can instead generate a standalone cartoon image for you."
If I ask it to try again, codex will response "I still can’t send drawing input to Paint because its Windows automation service is unavailable here. Please enable/restart computer-use access, then I can draw directly on the canvas."
I have also tried another prompt with notepad like "Open Notepad, type "hello", and then close it."
And codex will response "I couldn’t access native Windows apps in this session—the available computer controls expose no app surfaces, so I’m unable to open and type in Notepad."
I have tried uninstalling the whole ChatGPT and reinstall it from microsoft store but still no any luck and I have even updated it to the latest version today :(

Start by reproducing computer-use on Windows 10 22H2 with Codex App version 26.911.61220, using both Paint and Notepad as described. Compare the reported automation-service and native-app-surface failures, then verify that computer-use can control those apps successfully without the reported session errors.
