[Windows][Codex App] PowerShell prompt overlaps "Source directories" text in integrated terminal

What issue are you seeing?

When I open the integrated terminal at the bottom of the Codex App on Windows, the PowerShell prompt is rendered on top of the "Source directories" text.

The PowerShell prompt and the source-directory selector overlap, making part of the terminal output difficult to read. This appears to be a terminal rendering or cursor-positioning issue.

Shell: PowerShell 7.6.6
Windows display scaling: 125%

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Open a project in the Codex App on Windows.
2. Open the integrated terminal at the bottom of the app.
3. Wait for the "Source directories" selector and PowerShell prompt to appear.
4. The PowerShell prompt overlaps part of the source-directory selector.

What is the expected behavior?

The PowerShell prompt and the "Source directories" selector should be rendered on separate lines without overlapping.
