What issue are you seeing?

Using Codex CLI after sending 1-2 messages in a new thread i hit two errors: either "Selected model is at capacity" or "stream disconnected before completion: An error occurred while processing your request". After diagnosing the network and other possible sources nothing could be found so the email support sent me here. Same issue does not occur on my colleagues' accounts.
