What issue are you seeing?

I paid for a ChatGPT Plus subscription, yet I can't even get two hours of effective usage a day. It’s not that I don’t want to use it—it’s that you simply won’t let me. No matter which model I select, I get the error message: "Selected model is at capacity. Please try a different model." My work has come to a complete standstill. I paid for this service, yet you are failing to provide the benefits I am entitled to; I am furious about this.

Research direction

No source file, test, or entry point is identified in the report. Start with feedback ID 01a0a92f-b944-79a2-bdae-56f9a97f8c82 and verify the capacity error in the latest Codex App across the selected models. Done would require a confirmed explanation or fix for the reported Plus-user service failure.
