I have two 20x accounts. Under the same network environment and on the same device, one account works perfectly. The other account started experiencing progressive network disconnections yesterday afternoon, followed by rate limiting. By last night, it became completely unavailable: all requests to any model failed.

This issue only occurs on Codex; Chat works fully normal. I have already submitted feedback via /feedback （id：01a0aab6-7b74-7d03-ac6b-0543cad42bd3）, but the problem still persists today. Creating this issue for assistance.
