Hi OpenAI Support. I’m seeing a serious issue in the ChatGPT macOS app. When I’m logged into Account A, email address one, I see conversations and work projects from Account B, email address two. In the browser, Chrome, both accounts look normal and separate. In the Mac app, some chats are missing or show hit a snag. I’ve logged out, restarted the app, rebooted the Mac, but it persists. Please investigate possible cross-account or session or work sync issue. I can provide screenshots or a screen recording. Thanks.
