Start by reviewing diagnosis.txt and ChatGPT-2026-09-16-104050.ips.txt, then reproduce the crash by opening the “Create Lovecraft graphic novel” conversation in the macOS app. Trace the “Conversation state not found” condition and verify that selecting the conversation no longer crashes and allows it to open normally.
