Desde hace varias semanas, el modo Work de la aplicación de escritorio de ChatGPT no permite enviar mensajes. Al escribir “hola” en un chat nuevo, el botón de enviar permanece deshabilitado. Además, la sección Complementos queda indefinidamente en “Cargando plugins…”.
Work funciona correctamente en el navegador con la misma cuenta. En la aplicación de escritorio, el menú “/” se abre y permite enviar comentarios.

- ChatGPT 26.908.9136.0.
- Windows 10 Pro 22H2, compilación 19045.6466.
Ya probé reinstalar la aplicación, borrar caché, reiniciar la computadora y conectarme mediante los datos móviles de mi celular. El problema persiste.

- Abrir la aplicación de escritorio de ChatGPT en Windows.
- Seleccionar el modo Work.
- Abrir un chat nuevo.
- Escribir “hola”.
- Observar que el botón de enviar permanece deshabilitado y no permite iniciar la conversación.
- Abrir Configuración → Complementos.
- Observar que aparece “Cargando plugins…” y la lista no termina de cargar.
Resultado esperado: poder enviar el mensaje y visualizar los complementos instalados.
Resultado observado: el envío queda bloqueado y los complementos permanecen cargando.
