I was wrongly routed to a lower version of the model. I was using GPT-6, but the results were terrible. When I asked ChatGPT about the knowledge cutoff, it told me “My built-in knowledge cutoff is August 2024”. It's obvious that I got a very early version with poor capabilities, not GPT-6.
