Description
The ChatGPT project "כרם ארי ניהול" is visible in ChatGPT on the web, but the Windows desktop app displays "No projects" in its Projects sidebar. The app project listing returns the same project and assigns it to the Projects section, so the account data and sidebar display disagree.
Steps to reproduce:
- Sign in to the same ChatGPT account in the browser and Windows desktop app.
- Open Projects in the browser; the project is listed.
- Open the desktop app sidebar; Projects displays "No projects".
Expected: The project appears in the desktop app Projects section.
Actual: The app shows "No projects" while the browser shows the project.
Observed on Windows on 2026-09-15. The exact app version and whether signing out and back in resolves the issue have not been confirmed.

Research direction
Reproduce the discrepancy by comparing Projects in the browser with the Windows desktop app while signed into the same account. First confirm the desktop app version and whether signing out and back in changes the result; no source file, test, or entry point is named. Done means the listed project appears in the desktop Projects sidebar.
