Research direction
No repository file, test, or code entry point is identified in the issue. Start by reproducing the failure on Windows with Chrome and the listed ChatGPT extension version, then inspect the Computer Use Chrome status and the exact browser request-header error. Done means identifying a reproducible repository-side cause and verifying that Chrome appears and browser commands work.
