What issue are you seeing?

I have an active ChatGPT Pro $200 / Pro 20X subscription, which should include Deep Research.

Deep Research was previously available, but it has now disappeared from:

1. Chat
2. ChatGPT Work
3. Codex
4. The available tool/plugin interface

The issue reproduces on two different computers. Typing @Deepresearch does not show or invoke the tool. When I explicitly instruct the model to call Deep Research, it responds:

“当前会话没有 Deep Research 工具权限。”
“The current session does not have Deep Research tool permission.”

There is no usage-limit notice, reset date, restriction notification, or email. My Pro 20X subscription is still active.

Please check:

1. Whether the Deep Research entitlement or feature flag is missing from my account;
2. Whether the Deep Research tools are failing to register in new sessions;
3. Whether my account is under a temporary usage restriction;
4. Whether this is related to the recent ChatGPT Work/Codex incidents;
5. The exact reset date if this is an allowance issue.

This occurs in new chats and across multiple devices.

Start by reproducing the missing Deep Research entry in Chat, ChatGPT Work, Codex, and the tool/plugin interface on Windows 11, using new chats and more than one device. Check the account entitlement, feature flag, tool registration, and any usage restriction; done means the cause is identified and the expected availability or reset behavior is restored or documented.
