Curstom Provider. plugins mcp issue

What issue are you seeing?

The issue that i linked my chatgpt account. and i have a custom provider on codex.
the issue that the agent tell me that he does not have access to the plugin mcp until i uninstall it and install it again
if i close the application and reopen it. the same issue happend until i uninstall the plugin and reinstall it and login.
There is a real issue here

What steps can reproduce the bug?

To reproduce it.
1 - Login with chatgpt account.
2 - Add custom provider
3 - install for exemple notion plugin and then close the chatgpt app
4 - reopen it and then tell the agent to use the mcp he will told you that he has no access he has access only to skills

What is the expected behavior?

The expected behavior is loggin once to the plugin provider use it a good amount of time and the agent have access what ever i open the chatgpt app

Reproduce the issue in the Codex App using a ChatGPT login, a custom provider, and a Notion MCP plugin, then restart the app and ask the agent to use the MCP. Trace the custom-provider and plugin authentication or session restoration path. Done means the installed MCP remains available after reopening without reinstalling or logging in again.
