Uso o aplicativo Codex no Windows 11.
No diagnóstico de 13/09/2026:
- Versão observada: 26.908.4834.0.
- Sandbox: elevated.
- Erro: helper_unknown_error: apply deny-read ACLs.
- O arquivo .codex/.sandbox/deny_read_acl_state.json continha 22 bytes NUL.
- Logs: “parse deny-read ACL state” e “expected value at line 1 column 1”.
- Comandos e apply_patch falhavam antes da execução.
- Reabrir o aplicativo não resolveu.
- Não encontro o fluxo de reparo/setup na interface.
Já enviei Feedback pelo aplicativo.
Solicito um procedimento oficial específico para recuperar o estado, preservando o sandbox, as tarefas e os dados. Não quero desativar proteções nem apagar arquivos internos por tentativa.
Sou usuário não especializado; preciso de instruções passo a passo.
