Description
What issue are you seeing?
I compared my local usage to the graph and it didn't line up by day.
5.6 suggested it might be that the dashboard shows UTC totals and summing my local usage by UTC-day lines up much better with the graph.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the usage dashboard's daily bucketing and aggregation logic, then compare UTC-day and local-day totals; done means the dashboard's day boundaries match the intended timezone and the discrepancy is covered by a reproducible check.
